Shipping, Returns & Refunds

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Orders with a value of less than R750 will have a courier charge of R99.  Orders over the value of R750 will be shipped free. Local pick up can be arranged or your own courier can collect, click local pick up on checkout. Once the order is paid for, kindly make arrangements with us via whats app before collection.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery will take place between 4 to 8 working days. The delivery time-frame depends on the logistics and your delivery location. If you need your order urgently please call us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist.

WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship orders to physical addresses ( No post boxes ). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries.   

ARE YOU CPA COMPLIANT?

Yes, we are 100% CPA compliant.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Some of the Items that are non-returnable include :

  • Electronic goods like rechargeable batteries
  • Electronic spare parts
  • Products with an expiry date
  • Health care products and goods
  • Food related products like vitamins and supplements
  • Clothing and workwear
  • Custom orders or special-order items
  • Items in which there is wear and tear, damage or visible usage
  • Items without original packaging and/or is missing parts or accessories
  • Products purchased during closeout sales and promotions. Products specially marked “Non-Returnable".

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at newvisiondsales1@gmail.com.

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange subject to the following:

  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Product must be in original condition and packaging
  • Refunds will only be given within 2 WEEKS of purchase
  • We may deduct a fair shipping and handling fee from refunds, as per the CPA and ECTA.

If you believe your purchase not to be of good standard, please return it and we will either replace it or refund you as the manager sees fit.
