VANILLA POWDER

This fine vanilla powder is made from whole vanilla beans, including the husks and seeds. Its light brown colour adds a lovely touch to dishes such as pumpkin, cakes, and tarts.

Sprinkle it into your ground coffee for a unique vanilla blend. One teaspoon equals one medium vanilla pod. 

You can also create a compound butter to use in cooking or as a topping for grilling. Mix one glass tube (8g) with 500gr of margarine or butter for a delicious spread.

Store in a cool, dry place for up to 5 years.
